With over 13 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology, Nicole has dedicated her career to leveraging AI and automation to improve operational efficiencies and patient outcomes. As the founder of AI-Doktor, she helps small businesses, start-ups, and scale-ups optimize their processes through AI solutions. Her previous experience includes leading operational excellence initiatives at Synergetics, where she improved processes across 1,000 locations, and working as Director of Performance Improvement at Tampa Family Health Centers.

Nicole also authored Breakaway: The International Medical Graduate’s Guide to Alternative Careers, supporting others navigating career transitions. Her expertise spans AI consulting, health informatics, clinical innovation, and digital health transformation. When she's not working, Nicole enjoys mentoring aspiring professionals and exploring the world, having visited 35 countries.
